It was an incredible end-to-end execution by the Andzen team. ✅ Financial audit to understand profit margins and discount thresholds. The biggest mistake is implementing Loyalty without this knowledge only to build an unprofitable program. ✅ Customer segment analysis to understand tier thresholds that will drive action and incentivise participation. ✅ Implementing custom creative across EVERY single touchpoint including email, on-site widgets and SMS.
