We have finalised an amendment to our Project Loan Facility with Macquarie Bank. Under the previously announced restructure, Bellevue has chosen to reduce the PLF by $112m. The remaining $100m of outstanding debt is repayable in equal quarterly instalments in CY27. The debt reduction and repayment amendments will unlock free cash flow to self-fund our expansion in line with the 5 year growth plan while reducing gearing and maintaining a robust balance sheet. Great day up at Bellevue with the team. Infrastructure is looking awesome, Tribune well established with great ground conditions, and team is really hitting their straps. Look how happy Stephen Fleming is with his pump station set up 👌

We're pleased to release our September Quarterly Activities Report. Our Managing Director Darren Stralow said: “It was a pivotal quarter for Bellevue as we took the first steps in our 5 year growth plan. “As part of our strategy, we completed several key infrastructure projects, providing ample ventilation, pumping and power upgrades. These were important achievements because they are already underpinning increases in mine development and ore movement rates. “This means we are on track to meet our FY25 guidance, including an annualised production rate of 200,000oz by the June 2025 quarter. “Successful implementation of the growth plan also saw us start the Tribune portal, which provides an additional mining front and haulage decline as well as the jump-off point for the Southern Belle decline, a key platform for exploration and mine life extension.” Read the report here: https://loom.ly/IU55Ulk

Our production growth strategy is progressing to plan with major advances in project infrastructure at the Bellevue Gold Project: https://loom.ly/IbjVltE The underground decline development has started at the Tribune portal. This is significant because Tribune will provide a second independent mine access route. The Tribune decline, which will be the sixth independent mining area, is being developed by an additional fifth jumbo and is expected to access ore from the Tribune lode in the December 2024 quarter. Our Managing Director and CEO Darren Stralow said: “The commencement of Tribune is important as it not only provides an additional mining area and haulage decline, but it also creates the platform for commencement of the southern drill drive to target mine life extensions. “The key infrastructure upgrades are a core part of the Bellevue growth plan and will unlock the ability to achieve the mining rates required for increased production. We are already seeing the benefits of increased ventilation and work areas in our underground mining rates, and the successful dewatering of the old workings unlocks high grade ore to mine in the upcoming quarters that was previously inaccessible.”
