Following the acquisition of Cirrus Networks, we would like to congratulate Chris McLaughlin, the former CEO and MD, on his appointment as the Executive General Manager for Atturra Managed Services. As part of his new role with Atturra, Melbourne-based McLaughlin will spearhead the company’s managed services business lines. Cirrus (CNW-ASX) is thrilled to announce that we are officially part of Atturra (ATA-ASX). The acquisition of Cirrus by Atturra Holdings Pty Ltd (Atturra Holdings), a wholly owned subsidiary of Atturra Limited (ASX: ATA), by way of a scheme of arrangement (Scheme), as previously announced by the Company to ASX on 11 and 15 September 2023, has been successfully implemented. Cirrus integrates with other acquisitions made by Atturra through 2023 to form a national Managed Services team of over 240 staff across the country. In this new chapter, our CEO, Chris McLaughlin, assumes the EGM of Atturra Managed Services role, reporting directly to Stephen Kowal, Atturra’s CEO. This strategic collaboration propels Atturra forward as the leading Australian sovereign IT services company. 🌟 Exciting announcement for Cirrus. Our scheme meeting took place this week with an overwhelmingly positive result, whereby 99% of the votes cast by Cirrus shareholders were in favour of the Atturra acquisition. There were two thresholds in place for the vote to pass of which Cirrus succeeded. Next step is our court hearing today and all going to plan, we will officially be Atturra Managed Services on 11th December 2023. #cirrusnetworks #atturra #acquisition #atturramanagedservices
