As we wrap up 2024, we’ve had so many wonderful opportunities to come together, celebrate, and reflect on what makes our CTM team and noble purpose truly special. ⭐ From our Annual Party, where we recognised outstanding contributions and celebrated a year of achievements, to the Family Fun Day, where we shared laughter and joy with our loved ones, and our Town Halls, where we aligned on our vision and priorities – we’ve demonstrated the strength of our belief that we are better together. These moments are about more than just fun – they highlight the values that underpin our high-performing culture. Coming together as a team, celebrating each other, and including the families and partners who support us daily remind us of what drives our success – not just for ourselves, but for the customers we serve. Our achievements this year are a testament to our shared commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for them. As we reflect on 2024, we also look ahead with excitement to 2025. With our office relocation from Toowong to Brisbane City on the horizon, a continued focus on delivering on our noble purpose, and new opportunities to enhance our customer experience – there’s so much to look forward to!
