We had a ball hosting #BookUp networking drinks with Australian Publishers Association on Wednesday night as part of our 50th anniversary celebrations. Last week our friends at the Australian Cartoonists' Association marked their 100th anniversary with a reception at the State Library of NSW. The Association was the first of its kind in the world, connecting cartoonists across Australia and sharing insights from the industry. At the anniversary event, attendees commemorated the important role cartoonists play at capturing 20th and 21st Century Australian history and raised their glasses to the next 100 years.
