🔎 HERITAGE HIGHLIGHT 🔎 Completed in 1889 and originally known as the Central Government Offices, the State Buildings on St Georges Terrace once housed the General Post Office and served as the State Treasury Building 🏤 FJM Property Director Adrian Fini’s vision to revitalise the structure led to a restoration project, completed in 2015 🔨 The building won the 2016 WA Heritage Awards' Gerry Gauntlett Award for Conservation and Adaptive Reuse, showcasing its successful blend of historic preservation and modern adaptation 🏆

Under the new Land Use Agreement, Tjiwarl Country has been transferred back to Traditional Owners 👏 Tjiwarl Aboriginal Corporation and Tjiwarl Native Title Holders will manage the land also known as Logan Springs, in the Goldfields 🤝 This includes the newly expanded Wanjarri Nature Reserve and new national park in Tjiwarl Country!
