Now that’s what I call a cookie! But for digital fundraisers and marketers, cookies are something entirely different. In fact cookies are part of the digital marketing fabric, but they’re changing, and fundraisers need to understand what the changes are and how they will affect digital fundraising.   Jorge Garrido Diez is going to share his insights on the changes to cookies and how digital marketers and fundraisers can transition successfully to the “new cookie” world.   At the upcoming F&P Fundraising Forum (https://lnkd.in/gywpp9qf ), Jorge will explain:     ·       What exactly IS the latest from Google on the matter of cookies? ·       What Google's latest announcement means for your digital strategy ·       The impact of a cookie-(adjusted) internet on fundraising ·       The benefits of developing a coordinated strategy across various channels – email, social media, direct mail, SMS, media (offline and digital), and website – to ensure each channel is optimised for its unique strengths and audience preferences ·       The key changes you need to make in your fundraising strategy to adapt and drive more impact for your cause  Whilst cookies are here to stay, Google’s new changes will affect ALL of us, so we all need to make it a priority to get educated and have a plan.   To see Jorge’s presentation on the changing nature of cookies, be sure to get your tickets to the Fundraising Forum quickly.   The Forum is only 2 weeks away (Aug 27-29). Now, I believe it's afternoon tea time, and I have a rather delicious cookie that needs devouring!

    • To learn how Google's changes to cookies is going to impact digital fundraising and marketing, head to the F&P Fundraising Forum.

“Attention is the rarest and purest form of generosity,” said philosopher Simone Weil. When we feel seen, truly seen – not for what we do or what we can offer, but for who we truly are – we feel significant, we feel capable, and we feel connected to the ones who see us. When was the last time you made your donors feel this way? Andrew Martin knows how to, and he’s going to share his insights at the F&P Fundraising Forum ( https://lnkd.in/gywpp9qf ). You’ll kick yourself if you miss his presentation. He’s going to spill the beans on: • Why donors see their support as so much more than a transaction and why you should too • How to help donors see their gift as a source of growth and an opportunity to express who they are (their ‘true self’) • Driving relationship-fundraising in a mass market context (not just in major gift fundraising) • Clever tactics (such as bounce-backs) across both acquisition and retention activity that will help you understand more about who your donors really are • How you can create a cultural shift in the way donors are perceived across your organisation • Why building donor relationships in this way helps fundraisers experience more joy in their roles • Case studies of success – where and how has attention and true self worked in real world fundraising? If building genuine, long-term relationships with donors is important to you and your organisation, Andrew Martin’s presentation at the F&P Fundraising Forum is compulsory viewing.   Get your tickets now. Time is ticking. The Forum is only 2 weeks away (Aug 27-29).

How did Wayside Chapel go from raising $60K from its first Donate a Plate Christmas campaign in 2016 to raising a record $1.5M in its 2023 Donate a Plate campaign?   This annual campaign has experienced a remarkable upward trajectory, raising a staggering $6.1M over eight years!   Luke Edwards and Alexandria Wong will explain at the F&P Fundraising Forum (https://lnkd.in/gywpp9qf ) how Wayside Chapel developed a strong proposition and created community and impact around providing a freshly cooked Christmas meal with all the trimmings to a person doing it tough.   You’ll learn how to drive acquisition of new donors while keeping the CPA down and the average donation high. For those looking at the big individual giving picture, you’ll get the inside track, insights and learnings on how to grow and evolve an annual campaign, achieve a balance between acquisition and retention, and how it’s performed for RG conversion.   This is one of the sector’s standout individual giving fundraising campaigns. Don’t miss out on all the tips, tactics, strategy and learnings. Get your tix to the F&P Fundraising Forum now. It’s not far away – Aug 27-29!
