From 1996 to 2016, spanning over two decades, Bernardo Rezende expertly guided his volleyball teams to medal-winning performances in all six Olympic Games they competed in. Prior to his coaching career, he also achieved Olympic success as an athlete, securing a medal himself. Bernardinho recognises that leadership roles are inherently temporary.
