Spring Farm Village Neighbourhood Activity Centre has been approved. The retail hub will serve Hobart's growing residential communities from Huntingfield through to Margate and Snug. Anchored by a Coles Supermarket, the centre will be the largest in Kingborough, and includes the first Chemist Warehouse superstore in the region as well as specialty retailers including food and beverage outlets, and beauty services. We were excited to see Pellicano’s The Good Shed Ballarat featured on #9Postcards. This redevelopment restored the heritage-listed goods shed building featuring a state-of-the-art Events Hall and Events Plaza, with hospitality by Atlantic group plus Nolans all day dining, Boom Time Dumplings and Itinerant Spirits.
