What does it take to build a bank that truly puts customers first? It takes people like Kat Gasparovic and Rebecca Evans - dedicated, hard-working and unwavering in their commitment to the cause. We’re thrilled to share that these two outstanding members of our Third Party team are finalists for BDM of the Year in their respective states at the Connective Excellence Awards 🏆 Their willingness to go above and beyond every day is just one example of what sets our bank apart, making a real impact on our broker partners and their clients. Congratulations, Bec and Kat! We're so proud to have you on our team. #JudoBank #BoldlyBackingBusiness

How can truly knowing yourself as a leader unlock the full potential of your business? In the second of four Judo Growth Academy workshops, our customers explored that very question. Following the successful launch of the Judo Growth Academy workshop series, our savvy business customers regrouped to reflect on ways to unlock untapped potential within their business, by first embracing their potential as leaders. Through our collaboration with the experienced team at Visage Growth Partners, the Judo Growth Academy has been designed to support our customers on their growth journey in new and unexpected ways. What do business banking and basketball have in common? Whether it's delivering on all aspects of relationship banking for our customers, or nailing that game-winning shot, it all comes down to having the right team by your side, every step of the way. A team built on a solid foundation of trusted relationships, strong judgement, and quick moves. Last week, Ben Tuszynski and Stephen Larken had the pleasure of hosting our customers at John Cain Arena and celebrating what teamwork can achieve. A big thank you to South East Melbourne Phoenix for welcoming us as Phoenix Nest Presenting Partner for their 2025 season, and for partnering with us to deliver a “slam dunk” experience! #boldlybackingbusiness #semphoenix #slamdunk

Insightful, invaluable and in-person. It’s the Judo way. Gold Coast business community, we’re talking to you! This month our Regional Director of Gold Coast, Peter Gleeson hosted an intimate event that provided an economic update, specific to the Queensland region. Our Chief Economic Advisor, Warren Hogan shed some light on Australian small and medium businesses continuing to prove their resilience. He also noted that labour shortages, the energy transition and new technology, specifically AI, are all factors expected to drive a sustained lift in business investment. Peter explained, “this was Judo Bank’s first of many events we hope to bring to the Gold Coast to share valuable expertise with the wider community and drive our passion for supporting the Gold Coast market.” Want to be the first to hear about our next event? What’s a uniquely challenger way to push boundaries with new and exciting ways to provide our customers with market-leading insights and experiences? Last week in Greater Western Sydney, Gordon Moy, Managing Director NSW/ACT, and the NSW Judo Bank team brought customers from all over Sydney together for an evening of economic insights with The Honourable John Howard OM AC and Chief Economic Advisor, Warren Hogan, hosted at the beautiful Novella On The Park function centre. Bringing such a broad range of customers together in one of Australia’s fastest growing regions with two of the most highly regarded economic figures was a no brainer, and it showed. The energy in the room was high and it’s fantastic hearing our customers enthusiastically looking forward and seeing so much opportunity for the SME market, and we’re proud to be their trusted banking partner throughout their journey. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this a night to remember. #boldlybackingbusiness #greaterwesternsydney #judolife #thoughtleadership

Last week Judo Bank CEO, Chris B., joined Jenny Wheatley on stage at the Australian Investment Council Ignite conference to talk about building a bank from the ground up. In his session, he spoke about the importance of knowing the problem you're trying to solve and being clear on your point of difference. At Judo Bank, we couldn't be more clear on our goal, to serve the underserved and bring the craft of relationship banking back to Australian SMEs. #boldlybackingbusiness

We know that a healthy and thriving team is an investment in all of Judo. Given our commitment to the wellbeing of our team members, Judo is thrilled to launch a partnership with CU Health – a virtual health and wellbeing medical practice, allowing our team to access video appointments with personalised GPs, psychologists, dieticians and health coaches. Judo’s Chief People and Culture Officer, Jess Lantieri, commented, “As our business and our team grows, we’re always looking for new ways to enhance the support for team members, that goes beyond the traditional workplace offerings. Our new partnership with CU Health ensures our team has dedicated and direct contact with a variety of health resources, as and when they need it. CU Health thinks differently about how we can support our team members to thrive both inside and outside of work – and thinking differently is what we love at Judo!”

What does relationship banking truly mean? It means really knowing our business customers and having a clear understanding of the tools they need to achieve their goals. That's why we've launched the Judo Growth Academy! Partnering with the highly experienced team at Visage Growth Partners, a group of our Victorian customers came together to kick off the first of four workshops supporting our fantastic customers to unlock untapped potential within their businesses. The energy was high, discussion vibrant, and ideas flowing! Boldly backing business in new and exciting ways it what we're passionate about, and this is just the beginning — three more workshops to go! #judogrowthacademy #boldlybackingbusiness #businessbanking
