We dove into my journey from graphic designer to founding Soul+Wolf digital agency, and how that path naturally evolved into the birth of NoBS Events. What began as a conference in #Melbourne has now evolved into an event company, hosting events around the world. Thanks to Vince Lebon and Hannah Boctor for inviting me down.

I am beyond inspired after meeting Chris Do. It felt like getting years’ worth of wisdom in just one workshop. Here’s my biggest takeaway: Your level of self-love determines how high you can climb. Weird - I know. But I’ve come to realize that as important as gaining skills and knowledge is for advancing our careers or charging higher rates, it ultimately comes down to how we perceive ourselves. This deep dive into self-perception has shown me that everything we do from pricing to handling difficult situations, is a direct reflection of our self-worth. And it’s not just internal. When you’re convinced you can do something better than anyone else, that belief shines through. It’s magnetic. Clients want to work with someone that has 100% unwavering trust in themselves. Wouldn’t you? So here's to betting on ourselves and listening to that inner voice that says "you got this". After all, if we're not our own biggest fans, who will be?
