Today Northern Star released our September 2024 Quarterly Results. Commenting on the results, Managing Director Stuart Tonkin said: “We continued to deliver consistently strong operational results across all three production centres during the September quarter. Over the weekend, we were thrilled to donate a 1kg gold bar to the annual Telethon Ball Auction. At 99.99% purity, the bar was made from gold mined and processed at our WA Operations and then refined by Gold Corporation - The Perth Mint. With gold at a record-high price, the bar raised an impressive $185,000 on the night! Northern Star first donated a gold bar back in 2017, and since then, these gold bars continue to raise important funds for Telethon7 and support West Australian kids in need.

This weekend a team of Northern Star riders are once again taking part in the MACA Cancer 200: Ride for Research. The 200km+ journey raises vital funds for cancer research right here in WA at the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research. Our Managing Director, Stuart Tonkin delivered the keynote presentation at yesterday’s WA Mining Club luncheon held at Optus Stadium. Addressing an audience of over 600 industry peers, Stu took the stage for the first time since 2018, sharing valuable insights into Northern Star’s growth with an important focus on the ‘3Ms - Minerals, Maths and Motivation’. His message was clear: our commitment to excellence and dedication to hard work are at the heart of everything we do! A big thank you to the WA Mining Club for hosting us.

Northern Star Resources Limited is excited to bring a unique experience to the Goldfields, through our partnership with the Perth Symphony Orchestra. A Starlit Symphony is a free family event being held at the Kalgoorlie-Boulder Racing Club this Friday, 30 August.  Gates open at 5pm, with pre-show entertainment, food trucks and activities for all. The Perth Symphony Orchestra will take the stage at 6pm for an enjoyable evening under the stars.

FY24 has been a strong year for Northern Star Resources Limited as we maintained a focus on delivering our organic profitable growth strategy. Record Cash Earnings of $1,805 million enabled the Board to declare a final dividend of 25 cents per share. Last week, 200 Northern Star geologists gathered in Perth for our annual Geology Conference. The agenda was packed with presentations focusing on improvements and initiatives from all sites across Australia and Alaska. Highlights included an Industry Challenge, interaction with a panel of drilling partners and some fantastic guest speakers. The atmosphere and the teamwork on the day was pure gold!

Bronzewing Aerodrome is back in business! Excitingly, after over 10 years of inactivity the first flight carrying our Bronzewing Team touched down on site this month. This is another step in further connecting our Bronzewing Operations with the business and makes for a more comfortable journey for our FIFO employees.
