We are excited to be the Service Engineers on The Monash Medical Centre Tower Expansion Project that will be constructed above the Hospital's newly expanded Emergency Department, featuring new operating theatres, expanded maternity services, a new intensive care unit, and a Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) for improved surgical capacity. Early works will begin in 2025, with the main construction following, and the project is expected to be completed by 2029. https://lnkd.in/gfSJW-si

The new Cancer Care Centre at The Bays Hospital is now complete! This state-of-the-art facility will transform cancer care in the Mornington Peninsula, being the only centre in the region to provide a comprehensive range of cancer services. With the addition of radiation oncology, wellness programs, and a serene courtyard garden, patients will now have access to treatment and support services without leaving their community and the additional travel burden. A key feature of the project is a specialised radiation bunker for delivering advanced treatments. The Centre is connected to the existing Bays Hospital via a linkway corridor for easy access, and additional parking has been provided to ensure a seamless experience for patients and their families. The final glass panel has been fitted into place on the site of the $1.5b #NewFootscrayHospital, marking the completion of the external façade. The impressive façade includes more than 7,500 glass panels, carefully designed to allow natural light in and capture expansive views across Melbourne’s west, the Maribyrnong River and the city skyline. Works on the internal fit-out of the hospital buildings are well underway, with completion of the hospital on track for 2025. The Alba South Melbourne is now complete. The Alba is the first office to Aged Care conversion in Australia! The the project prioritised sustainability, integrating eco-conscious features and practices into its design and construction. The team completed the ESD, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire & Hydraulic Engineering Building Services along side Australian Unity & Fender Katsalidis to transform this high rise Aged Care living facility.
