It is great to see the government acknowledging the role AI has in rejuvenating UK public services, including inspecting roads and identifying potholes. Our smartphone-based road conditioning monitoring system, DRIMS, utilises AI and Floating Car Data, to measure road-roughness for a given stretch of road to provide five grade condition data. If you’d like to learn more about DRIMS please contact John K Swift or visit our website here. https://lnkd.in/em7hNCCC https://lnkd.in/e38HDQmz

Waterman Group reposted this
So today is #BrewMonday #BlueMonday, today we encouraged all our offices at Waterman Group, to get together over a tea or coffee and take part in some quizzing and also providing information from the Samaritans about little tips for helping someone open up when something's up. Having someone there to listen can help them work through what’s going on and feel better able to cope. You don’t have to be an expert to help someone open up when something’s up. The fact that you care is what matters.

A Proud Milestone! Our Structures team in London recently had the pleasure of visiting the almost-completed Canada Water Plot A2 - a project we've been involved with from the very beginning. It is always rewarding to see a vision come to life! Plot A2 is an exceptional development, featuring street-level retail units and expansive office spaces, supported by innovative trusses above two new swimming pools and a below-ground sports hall as part of a new community leisure centre for Southwark Council. We’re incredibly proud to have collaborated on this ambitious project alongside Mace, Allies and Morrison, Roberts Limbrick, and the dedicated team at British Land and their JV partner AustralianSuper. Congratulations to all involved! 👏 👏 👏

Tracking product and material details for reuse after demolition has always been discussed - but never implemented on a major London project - UNTIL NOW! Read this insightful article in Building Magazine on how Waterman’s Materials Passport is being trialled at Edenica, Fetter Lane. Hear from Sustainability Specialist Anastasia Stella of Circuland and Elliott Pycroft from Mace as they share their insights on the process, the findings, and how this groundbreaking framework will drive carbon reduction and material reuse in construction. https://lnkd.in/eKrry75R BauMont Real Estate Capital Limited | YardNine | Fletcher Priest Architects | Arcadis | Third London Wall | FP McCann Ltd | Techrete UK & Ireland #WatermanMaterialsPassports
