A busy yet exciting comeback awaited the EVBB team in Brussels during the first days of September: our key partner European Entrepreneurs CEA-PME welcomed us and many other entrepreneurs coming from Europe and beyond for the Business Forum & General Assembly! 💼 The Business Forum is our regular appointment with entrepreneurs working for the Real European Economy, creating jobs, growth and wealth. Entrepreneurs, and in particular SMEs, are strategic players of the European economy and central stakeholders also for on-the-job training purposes. 🚀 Eldicare 2.0 project update! Our partners met online on Tuesday 27th of August, to finalize the EU Blueprint report and have officially launched WP4, which centers on enhancing Occupational Profiles within the elderly care sector. With insights gained from WP3, we're now focused on fine-tuning ESCO profiles to better align with industry needs. The college focuses on restaurant service, hotel management, food technology, and tourism, emphasizing lifelong learning and digital education. 👨🎓 𝐊𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐕𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥, founded in 1920, trains around 450 students in trades like construction, woodworking, and electrical engineering. The school is resilient, continuing its operations in bomb shelters amidst the war, contributing to Ukraine’s workforce and post-war recovery. 📚 𝐁𝐞𝐫𝐝𝐲𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐯 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐕𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥, established in 1954, specializes in agricultural training, preparing students for roles like cooks, waiters, and bakers. The school collaborates with local farms and frequently wins national contests, with teachers continuously updating their skills to enhance education. 👩🏫 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐲 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐕𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 focuses on construction, light industry, and beauty services, striving to meet international standards.
