GRACE is an initiative co-funded by the Innovative Health Initiative (IHI) , bringing together 25 leading public and private partners from across Europe to transform cardiovascular care. 🔎 The Challenge: Cardiovascular diseases remain the leading cause of mortality. Despite medical advancements, early detection, diagnosis, and care coordination still face significant challenges. 💡 Our Ambition: We aim to bridge these critical gaps with scalable and sustainable solutions, leveraging AI-driven diagnostics, remote monitoring, and innovative care pathways. A special thanks to Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma for hosting this first meeting and providing the perfect setting to kick-start this ambitious project.
