اختتمت “بي نت” برنامجها التدريبي الصيفي بنسخته لعام ٢٠٢٤. وهو برنامج يُطرح بشكل سنوي، ويستهدف تمكين الطلاب والخريجين البحرينيين، وتزويدهم بخبرة عملية متكاملة عبر تجربة تدريبية تحاكي الحياة المهنية الواقعية. وخلال فترة الإجازة الصيفية، استضافت “بي نت” ٢٠ متدرب ، وتم تكليفهم بأدوار وظيفية تتناسب مع تخصصاتهم الأكاديمية، إلى جانب إعدادهم لمشاريع نوعية متعلقة بمجال التدريب. كما تضمن البرنامج تقديم جلسات وورش عمل للتطوير المهني، استهدفت إثراء الخبرات العملية وصقل المهارات المهنية والشخصية على حدٍ سواء. وتواصل بي نت التزامها بدعم الجيل الشاب واحتضان الكفاءات المحلية الواعدة، كما تؤمن بدورها في المسؤولية الاجتماعية، وتحرص على الاسهام في تمكين وتنمية افراد المجتمع المحلي، من خلال طرح وتبني العديد من المبادرات المتنوعة التي تمكنهم من إطلاق إمكاناتهم وتعزيز خبراتهم، بما يضمن رفد مشاركتهم في تحقيق تطلعات الرؤية الاقتصادية الوطنية ٢٠٣٠. BNET has concluded its summer training program for the year 2024. The annual program is designed for Bahraini students and graduates, it aims to provide them with practical training opportunities that simulate real-life work experiences. Throughout the summer program, BNET welcomed 20 young participants, assigning them to various departments within the company and different roles that suit their academic skillsets, in addition to preparing them to conduct diverse training projects. The program also hosted career development workshops and sessions that aimed to enrich their practical experiences and refine their professional and personal skills. أطلقت بي نت بنجاح منصة "BNET E-Sourcing" الرقمية الخاصة بإدارة عملية سلاسل التوريد وعلاقات الموردين. وقد تم تطوير هذه المنصة بالتعاون مع شركة "" SAP العالمية الرائدة في حلول التجارة الرقمية وإدارة المشتريات وسلاسل التوريد، بالشراكة مع شركة "SEIDOR" المتخصصة في خدمات واستشارات تكنولوجيا المعلومات، وذلك إلى جانب جهود فريق مختص من قسم المشتريات والخدمات اللوجستية في "بي نت". تُسهم منصة " BNET E-Sourcing" في تبسيط عمليات التوريد حيث تضم ميزات متقدمة لاختيار الموردين وتيسير عمليات التفاوض وطلب العروض وإدارة العقود. وهي تتماشى مع التزام "بي نت" المستمر بتعزيز كفاءة المشتريات ودفع التميز التشغيلي وتعزيز التعاون بين الشركاء والموردين. وقد تم إجراء ورش تدريبية من قبل قسم المشتريات والخدمات اللوجستية في "بي نت" لضمان عملية انتقال سلسة للإجراءات والخدمات. ومن المقرر أيضًا تنظيم جلسات تدريبية لجميع الشركاء والمستفيدين المعنيين، بالإضافة إلى تزويدهم بدليل استخدام مفصّل ومرفق بمقاطع فيديو لتوضيح آلية العمل. BNET has launched BNET E-Sourcing, a digital platform designed to manage supply chain and supplier relations. The platform was developed in partnership with SAP, a global leader in e-commerce, procurement and supply chain management solutions, and SEIDOR, an IT services and consulting company, alongside the efforts of a dedicated team from BNET's Procurement and Logistics Department. The BNET E-Sourcing platform utilises advanced features to incorporate supplier selection features, facilitate negotiation, tendering and contract management processes. The platform aligns with BNET's ongoing commitment to enhancing procurement efficiency and driving operational excellence to enhance collaborative opportunities between partners and suppliers. Training sessions were conducted with BNET’s Procurement and Logistics Department to streamline the launch of the platform and ensure a smooth transition. As part of the adoption phase, further training sessions with all relevant stakeholders will be arranged. أعلنت بي نت عن تعيين ثلاثة من الكوادر الوطنية الواعدة من ذوي الخبرة والكفاءة العالية ضمن فريق القيادة العليا للشركة. وشمل ذلك كل من: السيد خالد العامر في منصب مدير إدارة خدمة العملاء، والسيدة فاطمة عون في منصب مدير الأمن المؤسسي، والسيد يوسف الحسن رئيسًا لقسم المشتريات. وتستمر "بي نت" في الاستثمار في تطوير كوادرها على الصعيد المهني، وتزويدهم بالأدوات والسبل التي تضمن تسييرهم لدفة القيادة على أكمل وجه، وضمان الشفافية والعدل في اختيار الكوادر، مع ضمان التوازن بين الجنسين في كافة المستويات الوظيفية. واستنادًا على جهود كوادرها الوطنية المتمكنة، تلتزم "بي نت" بتعزيز إسهاماتها عبر طرح المبادرات الاستراتيجية الداعمة التي تسهم في تحقيق النمو لقطاع الاتصالات في مملكة البحرين. ويُشار إلى أن معدل البحرنة في "بي نت" قد بلغ 93.13%، وهو ما يُعد معدلاً مرتفعًا على مستوى مختلف القطاعات في المملكة، حيث تتبوأ الكوادر البحرينية أكثر من 90% من المناصب القيادية في الشركة.
