حصلت "بي نت" على الاعتماد الذهبي من مؤسسة "مستثمرون في الثروة البشرية"، وهي هيئة اعتماد غير ربحية مقرها في المملكة المتحدة، لتكون بذلك من ضمن نسبة استثنائية قدرها 28% من الشركات التي تحقق هذا الإنجاز من المرة الأولى. كما احتلت "بي نت" المرتبة الرابعة في قطاع خدمات الإنتاج والاتصالات، لتجسد بذلك ريادتها في تحقيق مستويات عالية لتعزيز تفاعل الموظفين والتميز المؤسسي.💪🏻 يأتي هذا الاعتماد ليؤكد على التزام شركة "بي نت" بتبني ممارسات إدارة الأفراد بفاعلية مع الاستمرار بتطويرها. كما يُسلط الضوء على مساعيها للاستثمار في تنمية الكوادر العاملة والارتقاء بمستوى رضاهم الوظيفي بشكل عام عن طريق وضع السياسات والإجراءات والمتطلبات المعمول بها لتوجيه وتنظيم وتنفيذ أعمالها. تأسست مؤسسة "مستثمرون في الثروة البشرية" قبل ما يزيد عن 30 عامًا، تمكنت خلالها من التأثير على حياة ما يربو عن 11 مليون شخص عبر أكثر من 50,000 منظمة تم اعتمادها رسميًا من قبل المؤسسة ضمن 66 دولة حول العالم. وتعمل هيئة متخصصة على تحديد وتطوير عملية الاعتماد عن طريق قياس التأثير على استراتيجية الأفراد في الشركة، وانعكاسها على أعضاء الفريق. BNET has received the Gold Accreditation from Investors in People (IIP), a non-profit organisation based in the United Kingdom. Through this significant milestone, BNET joins 28% of companies to attain this prestigious accreditation on their first attempt. 💪🏻 BNET has also ranked 4th place in the Production Services and Telecommunications sector, showcasing its successful leadership in achieving high employee engagement and organizational excellence.
