In case you missed it, JZ (AKA the King of QSR) shares his recipe for success in the latest #LeadersInLearning episode. Here’s the TLDR ⤵️ • L&D should play a strategic role in the organization vs. just responding to requests and reacting to change. • Every L&D intervention should integrate the 3Es: education, experience, and expertise. • Focus on the behaviors needed to attain KPIs, rather than just the numbers themselves. • Culture is about meeting fundamental needs first and then fostering a positive, supportive environment Watch John Zurovchak, PhD's full episode, linked in the comments.

The countdown is ON! #DoceboInspire is around the corner, and I am so excited for this one. I cannot wait to welcome in person our customers, partners, and friends from all over the world. We have an agenda packed with INCREDIBLE and INSPIRATIONAL speakers, and lots of new things that we will share about our approach to the market as well as product and services news. When I think of what are the key reasons why I love what we do: it is the ability to help people get better everyday, and the human connections that we enable. In the past 12 years at Docebo and close to 20 in the industry, I have formed very close friendships with many industry leaders, and I am going to hug you all one by one when I see you: we are all in this #together. I think of Inspire as a new opportunity for #growth. To get closer to customers: hear their perspective and desires of a better Docebo. To meet with industry experts, and form deeper and new relationships and friendships. Our vision for #DoceboInspire is more and more to be that place where people come to learn about Learning, whether it is about Docebo, or beyond Docebo. This vision is now in play. I can not wait to meet you all, I can not wait to meet you Dallas. Bring those Cowboy boots and cowboy hats ya'll, cause I am gearing up! #yeehaw #leadersinlearning Credits: Richelle Westhafer Jennifer Quirk Samantha Murray Andrea Sampson have been working incredibly hard for what I know will be an incredible experience for everyone. I am so grateful to them and Docebo is lucky to have them.

sr expansion strategy lead @ Docebo | my superpower is leveraging learning to achieve goals | I help level-up performance and build healthy high performing culture | co-host of Leaders in Learning

Hosting Leaders in Learning has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I am so grateful for the opportunity to speak with and learn from such amazing guests. Each conversation reminds me why I am so passionate about the power of learning to transform lives—and, ultimately, the world. It's also helped me face some of my fears (which is awesome). And it’s even pushed me to do things that are a bit embarrassing, like this video. While I wasn't allowed to wear my Docebo socks while filming, I was able to ask John Zurovchak, PhD, my burning questions 🔥🍔 Catch the goodies in the newsletter (and episode) dropping soon!
