People rarely engage with emails that do not feel authentic and tailored. Personalized networking on the other hand always gets the job done. Trust me, people can always tell the difference. Before the Meeting: 🚀 Clearly outline what you hope to achieve from the meeting. 🚀Learn about the companies and individuals attending. 🚀Prepare your elevator pitch 🚀Bring along High-quality business cards with clear contact information. During the Meeting 🚀Be authentic, approachable and show genuine interest in others. 🚀 Pay attention to what others are saying and ask relevant questions. 🚀Build rapport: Find common ground and shared experiences. 🚀 Politely ask for business cards and offer yours. 🚀Follow up: Send a brief email thanking the person for their time and reiterate your interest.
