    B2Gold Nunavut and the Government of Nunavut, Department of Economic Development and Transportation, have partnered to deliver the “Introduction to Prospecting Course” at the Back River Goose Mine Site to Nunavut resident Project employees. This course gives trainees an opportunity to learn about Nunavut’s world class mines and deposits, territorial geology, and how to prospect for the next big discovery! B2Gold Nunavut has delivered two successful courses to our employees to date and looks forward to supporting GN efforts to create the next generation of prospectors in Nunavut! #ResponsibleMining

    B2Gold Nunavut’s John Kaiyogana, Supervisor, Community Relations and Twyla Miyok, Inuit Support Coordinator, hosted a country food and Inuit games night at the Goose Camp. Team members got to sample some delicious Arctic Char and have a try at the high kick. Congratulations to all our winners!

    B2Gold Nunavut has partnered with Netsilik School in Taloyoak to increase skilled trades training in the community. Through a donation of welding equipment, materials, and supplies we are helping to train the next generation of skilled trades people to support Nunavut’s growing mining industry! We look forward to a long partnership with Netsilik School and wish all students nothing but success.
