(La version française suit) The Job Coach position will assist students at our TECC campus who are participating in external work experiences. During the students' training, the Job Coach will accompany them to companies and teach them a variety of tasks. The goal is to assist students to become as independent as possible. The Job Coach will be required to make adaptations to facilitate the learning process. In addition to learning social skills, the students will also learn the importance of work etiquette.
