What an evening at the BHP Xplor 2024 Showcase, a momentous occasion for the program and the future of exploration! It was an absolute highlight of the year and I’m so proud of everything the team and cohort have achieved this year. Just two years ago, Xplor was a promising idea. This year's Showcase solidified its transformation into a thriving accelerator program, attracting top talent and fostering groundbreaking discoveries. As the saying goes, ‘the best way to predict the future is to create it’ and it’s safe to say Xplor embodies this philosophy. Cohort Two's innovation, dedication, and passion were truly inspiring. They wholeheartedly embraced the six-month Xplor program, and their progress in such a short time was a privilege to witness. The strong collaboration within the cohort further exemplified the program's ability to build a lasting community and supportive network that will benefit them far beyond the program's end.
