Tricon Residential’s Maple House at Canary Landing has been selected as a winner of the prestigious Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) 2024 Americas Awards for Excellence. This award celebrates outstanding developments across the Americas from the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. Maple House at Canary Landing, a collaboration with Dream Asset Management and Kilmer Group, was chosen from an extraordinarily competitive pool, and the only Canadian project selected. Maple House will now contend for global recognition in the 2024 ULI Global Awards for Excellence against top projects from Europe and Asia Pacific.
