Lu succeeds Justin Wang, and we extend our heartfelt gratitude to him for his contributions during his tenure. With over 20 years of experience in Animal Nutrition, Animal Health, and Ingredients and Specialty Additives for Feed and Food businesses, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Her extensive international background—having lived and worked in the US, China, Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia—positions her perfectly to lead our efforts in the dynamic GAPAC region. Her experience in leading M&A strategies and unlocking new business opportunities will be invaluable as we continue to build on our regional achievements. His extensive international experience and leadership in various roles since joining dsm-firmenich in 2003 will be instrumental as we continue to expand and innovate in the animal nutrition and health sector. At the same time, we are excited to welcome Nelleke Barning, who has been appointed as the new Head of Communications of Animal Nutrition & Health, effective October 1, 2024. With over two decades at dsm-firmenich and a wealth of experience in global communications, Nelleke will be a pivotal force in shaping our communications strategy during the carve-out of ANH and beyond.
