📢 New #Publication Alert! 🚀 How can technology enable new maverick organization designs to tackle grand challenges? 🌍 In their latest article "Technology-Enabled Organization Designs for Tackling the Grand Challenges: The Case of Giga" (published in the Journal of Organization Design), Research Fellow Katherine Tatarinov and Center Director Tina Ambos explore how novel organizational designs can drive long-term impact. 🚀 Unlocking Positive Tipping Points for a Sustainable Future 🌍✨ Too often, global conversations focus on negative tipping points - crises that spiral out of control, from climate change to democratic erosion. But what if we shifted the narrative? What if we focused on positive tipping points - those critical moments when collective action sparks transformative change? At the recent roundtable co-hosted by University of Geneva and EPFL at the World Economic Forum in Davos, leaders from #academia, #business, #policy, and #internationalorganizations came together to explore how we can create and scale these moments of breakthrough.
