On 29 January, the GSEM's Institute of Management held its annual Ph.D. Day at the SDG Solution Space, bringing together faculty members, professors, and doctoral candidates. The event provided a platform to share and discuss ongoing research across a range of topics in management and related fields. The Geneva School of Economics and Management (GSEM) of the University of Geneva is more than a leading Swiss business school. On 8 January, the Center for Innovation & Partnerships at the Geneva School of Economics and Management hosted the 2nd Annual Innovation Debate at Campus Biotech. Moderated by GSEM Professor Tina Ambos and featuring Prof. Dr. Diego Kuonen, the debate explored whether Geneva’s future strength lies in fostering tech skills or prioritizing digital ethics and policy. Four high-level managers from across public, private, and international organizations shared their perspectives, challenged one another, and defended their strategies in an Oxford-style debate. The Center for Innovation & Partnerships, aims to create, share, and promote knowledge on innovation and cross-sector partnerships in the Geneva ecosystem.
