Nachhaltig planen und bauen Gestern durfte ich das Netzwerk Event von Schüco International KG moderieren, das in der wunderbaren Materialbank in Stuttgart stattfand. Ein Gebäude wie eine Bibliothek, nur voll gestopft mit Materialien und natürlich den notwendigen Informationen dazu. Das hat mich echt geflasht. Geflasht haben mich natürlich auch die drei fantastischen Referenten, von denen wir gestern Abend viel lernen durften. Marcel Ozer von EPEA GmbH – Part of Drees & Sommer brachte uns in Sachen EU Green Deal auf den Stand der Dinge. Es ist super, dass wir Experten wir ihn haben, die sich in den unzähligen Anforderungskatalogen wirklich auskennen und ihr wertvolles Wissen weitergeben. Michael Innerarity von BEHNISCH ARCHITEKTEN erläuterte uns an Beispielen aus der Praxis, wo die Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen auch schwierig sein kann und wie innovativ sein Architekturbüro selbst an neuen und innovativen Lösungen - wie etwa speziellen Fassaden-Keramiken - arbeitet. Zum Abschluss durften wir erfahren, wie Schüco mit dem Programm „Carbon Control“ CO2 in seinen Produkten heute schon massiv minimiert. Vielen Dank an Stefan Rohrmus für diesen beeindruckenden Vortrag. Baumaterialien werden der Schlüssel zu mehr nachhaltigen Immobilien sein und auch der Weg für neue Formen der Finanzierung.
