Letzte Woche war es endlich so weit: Von Mittwoch bis Freitag durften wir die neue Generation unseres „Next Generation Network“-Programms (NGN) in Hilden willkommen heißen! 🎉 Das Entwicklungsprogramm bietet unseren aufstrebenden Talenten die ideale Gelegenheit, Rhenus noch besser kennenzulernen, wertvolle Kontakte zu knüpfen und sich selbst durch gezielte Trainings weiterzuentwickeln und auf das nächste Level zu bringen. 🚀 In diesem Jahr konnten wir zum ersten Mal eine spannende Gruppe von Talenten aus der gesamten Overland Transport Division begrüßen, welche sich erstmals zu einem übergreifenden Programm versammelt haben. 🤝 Den Auftakt bildete unsere erste Session, in der die Teilnehmenden nicht nur das Kerngeschäft der verschiedenen Bereiche innerhalb der Division präsentiert haben, sondern auch die Vernetzung untereinander und mit den Speakern vorantreiben konnten. Zudem haben sie ihr Wissen über unsere Rhenus- Werte und unser Kompetenzmodell erweitert. 💡 Ein herzliches Dankeschön an unsere Gastredner Jan-Dirk Groenewold und Jannis Lux sowie an alle Talente, die das NGN zu einem echten Highlight gemacht haben. Delivering success across borders ‒ A multimodal logistics solution for Novelis 💪 Moving up to 2,000 tons of 10-ton aluminium ingots from Latchford, England, to Sierre, Switzerland, required a seamless cross-border transport chain involving four different modes of transportation. Precise planning, collaboration across multiple teams and a backup plan for any scenario were key to the success of this major project that we completed with Novelis.
