Join us in creating a world where everyone has access to quality education & decent jobs
Om os
Globally, 115 million children are illiterate and 767 million people live below the poverty line as defined by the UN. In consequence, a great number of young people from developing countries are lured to foreign countries where they often end up working under inhuman conditions. Many never return home. This is the vicious circle that Human Practice Foundation is determined to break. You can join us in creating a virtuous circle by providing quality education to all. Everyone should have acces to a quality education and the opportunity to learn to read, write and gain mathematical problem-solving skills. Without these basic skills, getting a decent job or even starting a business are unobtainable dreams. Education is the first step into a virtuous circle and the second is creating job opportunities - we are committed to both. Employment allows people to contribute to the family household, the community and society in general. Likewise, financial stability makes it much easier for the next generation to attend school. All of this helps secure long-term economic growth and build a virtuous circle. We have a special approach to human aid work – an approach that builds on our strong commercial background. We ensure maximum impact for every crown invested. In fact, 100% of your donation goes directly to project work. This is possible because a group of Founding Fathers independently sponsors all of the administration costs of our projects. Our operations are effective and focus on results. We are driven by compassion and dedication to our work. Some describe it as a fire that burns until we break the vicious circle. Our vow is to turn things around, to make life better for those most in need. The more schools and the more jobs we create the greater the chances are for more young people to rise out of poverty and change their path. We ask you to join us on the journey towards a decent future for the next generation of the world’s poorest.

🌍 Empowering Farmers, Brewing Change in Nepal ☕️ At Human Practice Foundation, we’re committed to not only educating children but also uplifting entire communities through sustainable development. One of our most impactful initiatives is the Coffee Program in partnership with Lekali Coffee Estate, which has been transforming the lives of farmers in Nepal’s Taplejung District since 2017. This program goes beyond coffee—it’s about creating a path to financial independence for over 2200 farmers and their families. By introducing Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), providing high-quality coffee seedlings, and connecting farmers to global markets, we’ve built a system that brings both economic and social benefits. Coffee produced by the farmers is now reaching international buyers, such as Hagen Espresso Bars in London, and we’ve planted more than 240,000 coffee plants with over 40,000 seedlings ready to be planted. What makes this program special is its focus on long-term sustainability. We’ve established seven coffee nurseries and trained 754 students in coffee farming, ensuring that future generations can benefit from this growing industry. By 2030, we expect local coffee production to reach 1,000 kg of green beans, creating a substantial income for these communities. But we’re not stopping there! Our expansion plans aim to bring this success story to even more farmers, helping them build stable incomes while protecting natural resources through sustainable farming methods. This journey wouldn’t be possible without the generous support of our donors. A special thank you to Honoré Fonden for their invaluable contribution to expanding our Coffee Program. Together, we’re creating lasting impact, empowering families to rise out of poverty, and contributing to a brighter future—one coffee bean at a time. 🌱💪 #Sustainability #CoffeeForChange #Empowerment #HumanPracticeFoundation #SocialImpact #Nepal #GlobalMarkets #UNSDGs #CommunityDevelopment

Dear All, We are still buzzing with excitement from our fantastic anniversary party! 🥳🎂 A huge THANK YOU to each and every one of you who made this evening so special. Your energy, joy, and engagement turned it into an unforgettable experience. This year, we’re not just marking an anniversary – we’re celebrating a remarkable milestone. 🎓🌍 Over the past decade, our foundation has built 100 schools in Nepal and Kenya, providing educational opportunities to thousands of children in these regions. This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without your unwavering support and dedication. We are also proud to highlight our Inner Strength Program, which supports children in Danish schools. Our initiative focuses on enhancing children’s emotional resilience and fostering a positive mindset, equipping them with the tools they need to overcome challenges and thrive both academically and personally. We are on track to expand to 30 schools and are currently active in 14. Many of our guests gained a better understanding of the core aspects of this Danish project during the celebration. The evening was filled with wonderful music and incredible performances, creating a unique energy that made the celebration truly memorable. We enjoyed beautiful acts and a sense of community that made the night exceptional. We are deeply grateful for your support throughout the years.
