"For many people with ADHD, there’s often input from too many things at the same time, making it harder to prioritise what to pay attention to. Focusing on things that are not directly in front of you can be hard, which is why keeping objects and information visible is crucial. Tiimo’s Home and Lock Screen widgets can be useful for those with ADHD as they display important reminders outside of the app. Try the daily schedule widget (for example, showing the different meetings or classes you have planned), the to-do “brain dump” list or the focus timer."
