March 2025 marked a historic moment for TORM as we hosted our first major summit in 15 years! 🌍 More than 130 senior officers and key marine shore staff from across the globe came together for the inaugural One TORM Summit, an event dedicated to empowering leadership and strengthening connections across our fleet and shore teams. Spanning four engaging days, participants explored key themes such as: Improving Daily Operations, Energy Efficiency, and Psychological Safety. Highlights also include the Leadership 2.0 program by our long-term partner Green-Jakobsen A/S. This initiative provided practical tools to elevate leadership, drive performance, and enhance safety across our operations. This inspiring week showcased the strength of collaborative leadership and TORM's dedication and commitment to continuous improvement. The summit provided a unique opportunity for participants to engage in insightful activities and discussions, all aimed at strengthening teamwork and leadership between senior officers and key marine shore staff. The One TORM Summit also offered memorable social moments that strengthened connections among participants. ⚓ In 2024, TORM continued to enhance our commitment to safety through the “Safety Delta” tool. This initiative allows crews on our vessels to anonymously evaluate all aspects of the onboard safety culture. The collected feedback is carefully processed by the Safety Delta Admin team, leading to comprehensive reports that highlight potential areas for improvement. By actively engaging our crews in this evaluation process, we strive to foster a safer working environment and continuously enhance our safety practices across the fleet. 🚢 TORM Almena is back at sea! 🌊 TORM Almena successfully completed her third Special Survey (SS3) and CAP1 docking repairs. The vessel underwent essential maintenance and upgrades to ensure safe and efficient operations. Key enhancements included hull blasting and coating, cargo and ballast tank work, and a fresh new look with a green main deck and refreshed accommodation in TORM orange. Several energy-saving improvements were also installed, including Connected Machinery, LT valves, a Mewis Duct, and more. ⚙️ This successful drydock was made possible by the hard work and dedication of Captain Dinesh Yadav, Chief Engineer Ravindra Rane, and the entire TORM Almena crew. Their teamwork and professionalism ensured a smooth return to service. 👏 We wish the crew safe voyages ahead and a well-earned break for those completing their contracts! ⚓ #Sustainability #OneTORM

🌊 ⚓TORM Durga departed the dry dock. After completing her 2nd Special Survey (SS2) during the Chinese New Year celebrations, TORM Durga has returned to service, now equipped with enhanced energy-saving features and key upgrades for improved efficiency. 🌍 Key upgrades included hull blasting and silicon-based coating, along with renewal of the auxiliar boiler. Additionally, our energy-optimizing projects included: 🔧 Connected Machinery 🔧 Low-temperature (LT) valves 🔧 Hasytec ultrasound system for propeller and LT coolers 🔧 Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) 🔧 Mewis duct installation The drydock manager and shipyard team extend their heartfelt gratitude to TORM Durga’s dedicated crew, led by Captain Sartaj Singh, Chief Engineers Swapnil Uday Rane and Vishal Yadav, 2nd Engineer Rajaram Ramakrishnan, and Chief Officer Rajat Walia, for their outstanding teamwork and commitment. 👏 TORM Durga is now set to sail with enhanced performance and efficiency! 🚢 #OneTORM #Sustainability #DryDock
