Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida rode today for the first time in an autonomous vehicle, the MiCa, which serves passengers at the Vison resort in Japan 🇯🇵. 🇯🇵🤝🇪🇪 The purpose of the visit was to explore advancements in autonomous vehicle technology 🤖🌐. Three Auve Tech autonomous vehicles operate at the Vison resort, managed daily by BOLDLY Inc. (ボードリー), a subsidiary of the Japanese conglomerate SoftBank. 💡How do you provide mobility at a one-day event with heavy pedestrian traffic and help the local community? ☕ Home Café Day is an annual community event where people turn their homes and gardens into makeshift cafeterias and restaurants offering a variety of delicious meals. 📢 Yesterday, 26th May, Auve Tech's autonomous vehicle MiCa carried visitors at Kakumäe Home Café Day between the restaurants.
