A reflection of some of the things I wish I had known at the start of my own fundraising journey! 💡

I'm excited to share that I've started consulting the TechSynergy team as they prepare for their first fundraising push this fall! 🙌 I first met Onis Emem and the team at the Africa Business Forum hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia in the spring, and their passion and enthusiasm for their mission immediately drew me in. TechSynergy addresses a crucial problem for recent graduates across the African continent who need access to quality paid work experience to enter the job market on top, but struggle to access opportunities with large international companies due to job availability, geography, and cost. 🎓 The team has three remarkable co-founders, two of whom met while working at Wise, and all who have come to call Estonia their home.
