طارق الجمال خلال المائدة المستديرة لجمعية رجال الاعمال:مساندة البنوك وتوسع الشركات فى التكنولوجيا والإستدامة عوامل تزيد من فرص مصر فى تصدير الخدمات تعد شركات ريدكون من اوائل شركات المقاولات فى مصر والشرق الأوسط التى أتبعت تقنيات تكنولوجية ومستدامة بما أكسبها ميزة نسبية ساهمت فى جعلها من الشركات التى تمكنت من تصدير خبراتها للخارج والعمل بنجاح على ملف تصدير المقاولات .  وتحدث المهندس طارق الجمال رئيس مجلس إدارة شركات ريدكون خلال المائدة المستديرة التى نظمتها جمعية رجال الأعمال المصريين بالتعاون مع مركز المشروعات الدولية الخاصة CIPE والتى دارت حول تصدير خدمات البناء ، عن فرص مصر وامتلاكها مقومات عديدة لتحقيق إنجازاً مميزاً فى ذلك الملف بالاضافة الى المقترحات المطلوبة لتحقيق الاهداف المنشودة .  وحضر المائدة كبار المسؤولين الحكوميين ورجال الأعمال من رواد قطاع المقاولات والتشييد فى مصر .  وقال المهندس طارق الجمال أن تصدير الخدمات وخاصة بما يتعلق بالبناء والتشييد أحد الملفات الهامة التي يجب التركيز عليها فى المرحلة الحالية لدورها فى إدخال العملة الصعبة الى البلاد .  واشار الى ان هناك دول حققت تقدماً كبيراً في ذلك الملف من بينها تركيا والتى تعد ثانى أقوى دولة على مستوي العالم فى تصديرالمقاولات وقد نجحت فى تصدير خدماتها المتعلقة بقطاع البناء والتشييد وتحقيق عوائد تصل الى 260 مليار دولار سنوياً .  وأضاف ان مصر تمتلك مقومات عديدة لتحقيق نجاح فى مجال التعهيد بصورة عامة وتصدير خدمات البناء فلديها العمالة بمختلف القطاعات والتخصصات، مشيراً الى أن التوزيع الديموغرافي لمصر يتسم بأن 65% من السكان تحت سن 35 عامًا، والنسبة الكبرى منهم حمَلة شهادات عليا .  وأوضح أن مصر تمتلك ميزة تنافسية ، مثل الموقع المميز القريب من أوروبا، حيث تبعد عنها مصر بنحو ساعة أو ساعتين، وعن آسيا بنحو 3 إلى 5 ساعات، وعن أمريكا بنحو 7 ساعات، ومن ثم تقع مصر في منطقة متوسطة تستطيع من خلالها خدمة الدول على مدار 24 ساعة. وتابع المهندس طارق الجمال " كما هناك فرص ايضاً لانتقال الشركات العالمية الى مصر وممارسة مهامها بعمالة وخبرات مصرية فلدينا الآن وفرة من المبانى الإدارية المتطورة والمجهزة بالتقنيات المستدامة والخضراء، التي تتسم بانخفاض مصروفات التشغيل مقارنة بالمباني التقليدية بنحو 30% إلى40٪ ، كما أن مصر تتسم بانخفاض مصاريف التشغيل والطاقة بصورة عامة مقارنة بالعديد من الدول على مستوي العالم " .  وشدد على أهمية مساندة البنوك والمؤسسات المصرفية للشركات فى مجال تصدير الخبرات وايضاً تصدير المقاولات كما على الشركات التوسع فى تطبيق التقنيات التكنولوجية وادارة المشروعات بصورة مستدامة تضمن عدم اهدار الموارد وتقليل الانبعاثات والاستفادة من عمليات اعادة التدوير .
