Two events, two distinct themes, one sustainable booth design! ♻️ In an effort to reduce our ecological footprint, we’ve chosen a sustainable approach by reusing the same structures across multiple events. In addition to reusability, our booth is eco-designed: it uses environmentally responsible materials, is solvent-free, 100% Made in France, and features optimized energy consumption. Thanks to the creative and effective collaboration with our agency MEDIA PRODUCT , we’ve customized the existing structures to meet the specific needs of each event and market. At CPhI Conferences , our efforts were even recognized with a Gold rating by Better Stands for reusable stand design, evaluated on multiple criteria. The Fondation Gattefossé, committed to promoting clinical aromatherapy as a complementary therapy, have created a "Coup de Cœur" Award for its 2024 grant campain. A committee of Gattefossé employees gathered to review and select the project the most innovative and beneficial for patients among the 6 grants nominated for 2024. They chose the project at EHPAD LES JARDINS DE PLAISANCE in Lanouaille, France. This establishment stands out for its approach centered on the care and life course of each patient, as well as well-being at work, recognized by the “Humanitude” label. The grant will help implement new aromatherapy protocols to prevent fungal infections and bedsores, and to treat conditions such as insomnia or scalp psoriasis. 👏 Congratulations to the entire team, and to Dr. Alix Vargas, for this wonderful project! #gattefossé #peoplemakeourname #fondation

🎒✏️ Schoolbags, pencil cases, notebooks, colored pencils... This year, we organized a collection drive among our employees to redistribute school supplies to the children of the LAHSo day care center. For many years, this day care center has been helping isolated individuals and families who are homeless or living in precarious conditions. More than 50 children will benefit from these donations. The aim is simple and essential: to enable each child to start the school year in the best possible conditions. Thank you to our employees and to the LAHSo association. Did you know that at Gattefossé, it all began with the development of raw materials for perfumers? 🌸 This love of perfumery was formalized in a magazine launched in 1908 by René Maurice Gattefossé: La Parfumerie Moderne. 📰 The aim of this magazine was to support the interests of the French perfume industry by giving a voice to all those involved: perfumers, lavender growers, Grasse industrialists, agronomic engineers, manufacturers, chemists, botanists, agronomists... 🌿🔬 The magazine discussed extraction processes, cultivation methods, various recipes, and Gattefossé's research work. It was a true reference for the profession until 1964! 📚 60 years later, this thirst for knowledge continues with Addiactive: a magazine for players in the cosmetics world that presents scientific information, beauty trends, and examples of formulations using Gattefossé actives and ingredients. #gattefossé #perfumery #history

No holidays for the bees at Gattefossé headquarters! 🌸🐝 A year ago, three new beehives were installed in our garden, away from the main building. Our little workers haven't taken a break since! Last Friday, Philippe, our beekeeper, came to ensure everything is going well. Good news: the bees are thriving, and the honey harvest looks promising! 🍯 While we eagerly anticipate the honey, it's important to remember that bees, with their crucial role as pollinators, are fundamental to the continued development of many species. #Gattefossé #Beekeeping
