Our recent offsite event in Sitges was an exceptional opportunity to reinforce these values and set our sights on an exciting future.  🤝 Throughout the team building activities and workshops, we had the privilege to engage with our leadership team, share ideas, and gain a deeper understanding of our collective vision. 📅 Last week, Healthanea attended a gathering event organized by Femtech France at #VivaTech. ⚡ Sponsored by AXA, this event was a fantastic opportunity for us to meet with innovative women-led startups. We were delighted to learn about so many new innovation for women's health, ranging from new techniques to detect breast cancer earlier to women's health mobile application to guide them through menopause. 💡 At Healthanea, we know how important it is to empower women with tailored health services. ❗ Last week was World Hypertension Day ! 📣 Hypertension affects 1 in 3 adults worldwide. According to the WHO, 46% of people with hypertension are unaware of their condition, and 80% are not adequately treated.   🏥 High blood pressure usually has no symptoms but it is the leading cause of death in Europe, responsible for strokes and heart attacks, accounting for 25% of all deaths in the region.   📱 At Healhanea, we support early detection and care coordination of chronic diseases integrating the most innovative digital health providers and technologies that foster remote monitoring, self empowerement and behavioural change. We deliver personalized healthcare pathways by enabling compliant data sharing among the providers guiding patients to the most relevant ones at the right moment.

Healthanea, in partnership with MSD, is proud to announce the launch of the pilot project 𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 among general public and aiming to contribute to early detection of the disease in Sweden. Lung cancer is the second most prevalent and the first cause of cancer death in Europe, mostly because cases are often diagnosed at later stages.   The goal is to raise public awareness on the early signs of lung cancer through an interactive “Lung Health” chatbot, although the solution is not used in diagnostic purposes. Another goal with the project is to 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 if they wish to discuss their symptoms with a doctor. Therefore, in connection with the questionnaire users will be offered an option to connect to the healthcare providers Kry and 1177 for further follow-up.
