Prioritizing safety on our community roads. As part of Asante Gold Corporation’s commitment to road safety, we launched the “Safe Driving in Communities” campaign. The initiative aims to educate business partners, drivers, and Okada riders in our host communities on essential safe driving and riding practices. Our Safety, Community Relations, and HR teams visited the Akoti taxi rank and other areas to engage with drivers and riders, sharing knowledge and promoting safer roads for all. Participants were also sensitized on how to prevent and fight fire.

The Chirano Sefwiman Foundation commissioned two brand-new kindergarten blocks for the communities of Paboase and Aboduabo. These school buildings will support the provision of quality education at the grassroots level and empower the next generation of leaders. Together, we continue to build opportunities and strengthen our communities.

Asante Gold Chirano Limited (AGCL), in partnership with renowned academician Prof. Emeritus Stephen Adei, has rolled out an early childhood literacy program in the Sefwi Wiawso Municipality. Educators from 40 schools were trained on a transformative tool that can enable children to learn how to read in just six months. Asante Gold Chirano Ltd (AGCL) has commissioned a small-town water system in the community Obrayeko, to provide potable water to the homes of residents. At AGCL, we believe that access to clean, potable water is a "fundamental human right", and we're committed to ensuring that all our host communities enjoy this essential resource. This water system will improve the health and well-being of Obrayeko residents.
