The 7th edition of our Sophie's Appeal Charity Golf Day Fundraiser recently took place at Boundary Lakes Golf Club in Southampton 🏌🏼♂️⛳ It was once again a tremendous occasion despite the inclement weather 🌦️ with over 80 golfers taking part. We are delighted to confirm that a grand total of £7,516 was raised on the day for Sophie's Appeal - Reg Charity No 1111154 💷 Speaking about the event afterwards, Damian Doherty was full of praise for all those who made the day such a success 👏🏼 "This is the 7th year of our 3D Personnel Charity Golf Day and I am delighted with the amount of money we have raised for this brilliant charity. Though we didn’t have the weather we wanted, we had a brilliant turnout, and I would like to thank everyone who attended the event. I would like to thank James Beattie, the Patron of Sophie’s Appeal for joining us this year and playing in the golf tournament. It was great to hear from Mike (Sophie’s Dad) that the money we raised last year helped cover the cost of 20 families attending Sophie's Rainbow Retreat. It is great to see that the money raised is going directly to the families who need it most. Thank you to everyone who attended and to all our sponsors who donated money directly.
