A beautiful interior fitout project on Harcourt Street in the heart of Dublin City by the talented team at BHA Construction. This fitout with it's vibrant colours was wonderful to photograph, thanks to Katy Walsh for accompanying me on the day of the shoot. Also a mention to Antonio Tammaro and his team at B3 Designers. #ThrowbackThursday to this very special project located on Shelbourne Road, Dublin South and within proximity of the Aviva Stadium. The Shelbourne Social is another successful venture of celebrity chef Dylan McGrath. BHA teamed up with Dylan to create a contemporary 85-seat venue that boasts a relaxed dining area and a stylish cocktail bar. The venue, all 6,500 square foot of it, includes a mix of diverse social spaces, large light-filled gathering areas, intimate dining and cocktail niches. The materials used range from Italian marble and American oaks, right down to Spanish tanned leather. As BHA had worked with Dylan before on a number of projects, so the team was very well aware of the expectations. Dusted off the drone today to quickly capture the progress on a couple of our current projects. First is development in Kilkenny with BHA Construction . BHA have chosen our finer finish premium scraped texture "K1". This is available with silicone enhanced formula to keep your building cleaner for longer versus other non silicone renders on the market. Second shot is a housing development in Laois with Galway based C&N Higgins Construction Ltd . Our one pass "K Mono" is being applied on this site in Stradbally. This monocouche allows the applicator to apply in one pass, saving time and getting your scaffold down even quicker to help speed up your building programme.
