✨ Project Highlight ✨ A look back at a marketing animation we created for Landsec on N2 based in Victoria, London. When it came to rendering this animation we teamed up with heata. ✨ Project Highlight ✨ Big congratulations to Whitbread Property for submitting planning permissions for two new Premier Inn hotels—right in the heart of Cork and Dublin! The Cork site, previously Leisureplex, couldn’t be better placed with its central location, public transport, and nearby businesses. The Dublin site is located in Sandyford, South Dublin. Whitbread Property continues to expand its footprint in Ireland, aiming for 5,000 rooms across the country. Well done to Allison Pike Partnership Ltd, JLL Ireland and the entire team involved! ✨ Project Highlight ✨ Progress on Ronan Group Real Estate and Lioncor Phases 1 and 1B of the Pembroke Quarter, Poolbeg! High density mixed use, with a high proportion of residential, on the former Glass Bottle and Fabrizia industrial sites - close to Docklands and the city centre, on Dublin Bay, adjacent to public open space (Sean Moore Park - with Ringsend Park, Irishtown Nature Reserve, the Great South Wall and Sandymount Promenade also within walking distance). An exciting new urban quarter in the making, providing hundreds of homes. The open space in the surroundings creates opportunity for building height and density, and in turn the new community will enliven and extract maximum social value from those resources. Great forward planning by Dublin City Council, architecture by Reddy Architecture + Urbanism, and landscape design by Cameo and Partners  . Beyond the numbers and technical precision, Barry Murphy heads Model Works Scale Model Department, a role that brings him full circle to his childhood days of crafting Airfix planes! Designed by the talented team at Niall D Brennan Associates, and the project driven by OCTOBER INVESTMENTS LTD., this development blends modern luxury with a prime location by the coast.
