[IN DEVELOPMENT] As we continue to document the transformation of Dublin's Glass Bottle project, Phase 2 represents a key step in shaping this vibrant new community. Building on the success of Phases 1 and 1b, Phase 2 introduces fresh residential spaces, complemented by thoughtfully designed public areas and green spaces that enhance urban living. The architectural vision for this phase was brought to life by Reddy Architecture + Urbanism, whose innovative design approach has created a striking addition to the city. Meanwhile, Cameo and Partners , the landscape architects for the project, have expertly integrated green courtyards and public plazas, creating inviting spaces that promote connection and relaxation. The architecture in this phase brings together a range of modern materials and styles, creating a distinctive yet harmonious addition to the development. Green courtyards and public plazas are central to the design, offering residents an inviting and tranquil environment amidst the urban landscape. Urban Living & Green Spaces Phase 2 continues to prioritise community living, with landscaped courtyards, pedestrian-friendly streets, and inviting public spaces that encourage connection and outdoor activities. This phase reinforces the project’s vision of sustainable, accessible urban design, with areas dedicated to recreation and relaxation for all residents. Stay tuned as we continue exploring the details of Phase 2 and the ongoing transformation of this iconic Dublin site! #Archviz #GlassBottleDublin #Phase2 #DublinArchitecture #UrbanDevelopment #CommunitySpaces #GreenArchitecture #ResidentialDevelopment #SustainableLiving #RonanGroup #Lioncor #CameoAndPartners #ReddyArchitecture #Visual_Lab_Archviz
