We are thrilled to announce that we have extended our partnership with Baxter International Inc. for an additional two years and expanded the agreement to include Canada! Since the formal sales training in November 2023, our collaboration has focused on enabling Baxter to effectively deliver Oneview's innovative solutions, enhancing patient engagement and care team efficiency. Together, we are working on a joint product roadmap to enhance patient engagement and care team efficiency. We are proud to have successfully deployed our new Digital Door Sign product for two Baxter customers and recently received purchase orders from an additional customer for our full suite of care experience, digital whiteboard, and digital door sign products. Our product teams are now collaborating on deeper integrations of the Oneview platform with Baxter’s Care Communications product portfolio and we look forward to continuing these efforts to drive further innovations in patient care. We are excited about the expansion at Long Island Community Hospital! This successful expansion was completed in a three day period and brought tablet endpoints in inpatient beds at LICH to enhance the patient experience by providing features such as digital meal ordering, personalized education, interpreter services, relaxation, and calming content. I'm back in the office after a spending a wonderful week in Ireland as a delegate at Enterprise Ireland's US Healthcare Seminar, attending the AIMS Summit at the Royal College of Surgeons and visiting with the Oneview Healthcare team in Dublin. I was honored to share the stage with Chris Coburn, Bert Chancellor, and Shauna Coyne, to share the innovative work of BJC HealthCare, and The Beryl Institute #HX community and discuss the importance of engaging #PXLeaders when bringing innovation to the US Healthcare Market. Thank you to everyone at Enterprise Ireland, Jennie Lynch, Anni Wang, David Lucey and Tom Kelly and to the organizers at AIMS for making the events possible. A special thank you to the team at Oneview Healthcare for being amazing partners in delivering a compassionate healthcare experience to our patients and families of BJC Healthcare. I was deeply impressed by the depth of understanding, compassion, innovation and knowledge of your engineers and developers. While they are thousands of miles away, the conversation was as if they were there in the room with our patients. I left the island feeling an abundance of gratitude for our partners across the pond. Imagine deploying a patient experience platform that enhances patient satisfaction and can improve hospital efficiency in just 48 hours. Sounds impossible, right? Well, that’s exactly what happened at Mercy Love Family Women’s Center. This project was unique and challenged us to find an out-of-the-box solution to achieve their patient experience goals while staying on a strict 8 week timeline.
