T&I in tandem with MOLA Architecture had the pleasure in delivering a critical piece of infrastructure pro-bono for LauraLynn, Ireland's Children's Hospice. The services Laura Lynn provides to improve the quality of life for their residents is simply remarkable. The nursing staff on the wards day to day form the backbone of this incredible service. As such the completion of the new nurse’s station and admin/breakout block for them was a project close to everyone’s hearts that got involved. A huge well done to all the subcontractors and providers that helped us deliver this project, hopefully in some small way it helps deliver this phenomenal care.

Our third Udemy project draws to a close! What a fantastic flexible design by Mortar & More, managed by Phillip Kerr and delivered by the diligent and expert T&I Team. This multi-purpose collaboration floor really delivers the space which will allow the continued growth of Udemy’s Dublin Team. Another test passed with one of the world’s leading educational and teaching marketplaces. Well done to everyone involved!

Another stunning delivery, which will result in lots of further incredible deliveries in the future! The Rotunda Hospital Outpatient Building delivers the highest of healthcare standards in a state of the art environment for women's health. The large-scale project consisting of 5 floors was delivered on the original contracted date & to the original contracted tender price. This was testament to the entire design & delivery team who were pro-active, collaborative & dedicated in every element of the project to achieve the best possible outcome for the Health Service Executive. Well done to everyone involved O'Connell Mahon Architects, Currie & Brown, Arup, O'Connor Sutton Cronin & GARLAND. Particular thanks as always to T&I’s exceptional site team hitting every target from quality & cost to programme!

So about last night……🎉🥳🏆. What an amazing achievement and to represent all the teams, stakeholders, contractors and client at the Mix awards North in Manchester. Some stiff completion from around the globe, it was amazing to win the Project of the Year award for Pinterests Dublin HQ. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🍀

We are delighted to have recently completed the new National Transport Authority HQ in Smithfield, a fantastic 7400sqm project delivered across 6 floors of collaborative space for 500 NTA staff. There were a few twists and turns in the journey, but no cul-de-sacs with the entire team working seamlessly to motor through the project! Well done to eml architects, Axiseng & Turner & Townsend on a great design which really delivers on the clients needs and requirements, well done also to Cumming Group UK & Europe, ChandlerKBS, AECOM, O'Connor Sutton Cronin, Jensen Hughes, AWN Consulting Ltd. & NDY . Most importantly of all well done to the T&I site team who as always went above and beyond to ensure exceptional programme delivery and quality! Also our teams of subcontractors without whom we cannot do what we do, thank you to everyone involved!

The stunning Fibonacci Place Cat A works are complete. Consisting of the full 7 storey atrium glazing installation, lift lobbies, atrium and reception CAT B fitout and completion works, this is a building that sets new standards! A stunning new look which aligns with the building. Well done to the entire team for the seamless design and delivery MOLA Architecture, Axiseng, Turner & Townsend, Maurice Johnson & Partners, CS Consulting Group Civil & Structural Engineers, Arup & Sweco and of course as always, the T&I site team who always deliver the goods! 

We were absolutely delighted to work with Peamount Healthcare on their new Tranquillity Room. A pro-bono project which will give patients & staff alike a safe place to relax & unwind. A massive well done to Reddy Architecture + Urbanism who were the driving force behind the project, & Metec Consulting Engineers for delivering a stunning new area for the patients to enjoy. Particular thanks to our suppliers & subcontractors who during their hectic work schedules, took the time to help make a small difference in peoples lives by delivering this facility with us, this wouldn’t have happened without you all!!! And as always, to the fantastic T&I team who delivered this to a stunning looking completion! Well done to everyone involved!
