We are delighted to share that Cumming Group in collaboration with The Blue Iris Partnership has been appointed as Project Manager by Populo Living for the redevelopment of Carpenters Primary School in Stratford.   This transformative project represents a significant step in reimagining the school and its surrounding area, running in tandem with the wider Carpenters Estate Regeneration, led by Populo Living on behalf of Newham.   Key highlights include:   - Demolition and rebuilding of the existing Carpenters Primary School to provide state-of-the-art facilities. - Over 100 new residential units integrated into the development, addressing local housing needs.   We are proud to bring our expertise to this ambitious project, contributing to the growth of the Stratford community while ensuring the best possible outcomes for education and housing.   Congratulations to Robert Sirett and Bidemi Okelana from Cumming Group, in partnership with Beth Revell MCIOB FAPM and Tara Williams from The Blue Iris Partnership, for their outstanding efforts in helping to make this project a reality.   Stay tuned for updates as this exciting development progresses!
