We’re excited to share this milestone with you, but it’s just the beginning! 🙌 With only 1% of the global population registered as donors, there’s so much more we still need to do—especially in India, where every 5 minutes someone is diagnosed with blood cancer or a blood disorder. Join us! Register as a potential stem cell donor today and help bring hope to those in need. https://lnkd.in/gpqmq6tK

This is the achievement of hard work by all our colleagues from entities worldwide in the fight against blood cancer and blood disorders. It would not have been possible without the unwavering support of our donors, volunteers, and partners. Your dedication inspires hope for countless patients and their families. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. 💗 Even though 12.5 million people sounds like a huge number, only 1% of the global population* are registered as stem cell donors. The need for more donors remains urgent, and we are committed to reaching even more people to join our life-saving cause. Register today as a potential lifesaver with DKMS. Thank you for the amazing session!
DKMS BMST Foundation India is an amazing organisation working on raising awareness of Blood Cancer and creating a pool of donors for a very noble cause. It was a pleasure to work with new managers of DKMS BMST last week where we used some cool tools: 1️⃣ 𝑳𝒖𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂 𝑺𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒌 a powerful psychometric tool from Lumina Learning which allowed participants to look at 24 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬, strengths that work naturally for them, and what happens when they overuse their strengths, turning them into weaknesses 2️⃣ 𝑩𝒐𝒂𝒓𝒅 𝑮𝒂𝒎𝒆: 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑭𝒊𝒓𝒔𝒕 𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒆𝒓 The team went through the first 3 months of a new manager through our simulated board game The First Quarter (TFQ) and saw several impacts like balancing Business, People & Customer, short term decisions vs long term decisions, long term impacts of decisions, all coming alive in this beautiful game 3️⃣ 𝑨𝒄𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚 & 𝑺𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑺𝒕𝒚𝒍𝒆𝒔: The group got exposed to what goes behind building accountability, understanding social styles and building trust. What a wonderful set of learners you all have been Chinma Madhusoodhanan Sangeeta Sarmah Chetan S. Nagalakshmi , Jaikishan, Yathish Gowda Chandrashekar R Rajath TR. Facilitator: Raghuvir Krishnan Content Creation: Pallavi S Thank you Rajalakshmi M for trusting us with this. #learninganddevelopment #newmanager #managerialskills #leadership #psychometry
