GTM isn’t easy, that’s why I’m here I Founder and CEO @Leadle I Crafting lead gen strategies for start-ups

Great sellers all have one thing in common. They make everything about the customer 💯 Here’s what that looks like: 📍 The demo is about the customer. So it focuses only on the features /use cases important to the client, not all the cool stuff or the stuff that the seller knows best. 📍 Next steps? Make it easy. Somehow grabbing the next meeting isn’t important. Anyone will agree to that. A great seller understands exactly what will drive the prospect, so their next steps are clearly defined to make it easy for the customer. Bonus: When you do this, the customer will actually show up to that meeting. 📍 Pressure to close: It’s the end of the month, so you need to close. We all get that. But only a truly terrible seller will tell the customer that.  A good seller knows how to shift the focus: “Since you mentioned getting this up and running ASAP, let’s close now so you can take advantage of the end-of-quarter discount. This will reduce your price by 10%.” Every step of the way, keep the customer front and centre of every activity - that’s the only way to be a good seller. The bonus? It’ll help you hit your targets too. ✅ #B2Bsales #salestips #customercentric #salessuccess

I am a strong proponent of employee engagement not being just about conducting events, fun times, festival activities, contests, trivia nights, etc. I believe it's more about proactively understanding & acting on how we can enable our people to grow/be better versions of themselves. It's about creating a sense of purpose and belonging 📈 💪 This is right. However, I was foolish (and a bit elitist 🧐 , to be honest) to think that the fun activities don't matter at all. A recent article opened by eyes, and made me remember the extremely important role they play in bringing teams closer together💃 Eyes opened 👀 ! It's been sometime since we had activities at Leadle, focusing on nothing other than just having some fun! We remedied that by having an incredibly great time with our very own Scavenger Hunt last week🔍🪙 It was just pure, unadulterated fun! Here's to many more such times to come 🥂 #leadle #workandplay #employeenegagement #funtimesatwork #team #culture #funfridays

3 tips to make your cold emails worthy of response: ✅ Your prospects don’t know you. Show them what’s in it for them.  ✅ They expect things to go their way. Make them feel understood.  ✅ No one likes to be sold to. Pique their interest. When you're reaching out to a prospect, remember: less is more. 💡 Read our latest blog on how using psychological triggers can increase response rates https://lnkd.in/gQkpsseT

𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘃𝘀. 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗘𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗕2𝗕? When it comes to B2B outreach, both cold calls and cold emails have their advantages. But there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, a balanced combination of personalized strategies works best. Think of outreach like walking a tightrope. You need to balance: ↪Grabbing attention vs. providing value ↪Selling vs. serving ↪Talking vs. listening with empathy So, what works best: picking up the phone or hitting send on that email? Here’s how each works in different scenarios: 📞 Cold Calling is effective when: ✓ You’re dealing with high-ticket B2B sales requiring a personal touch. ✓ Your product/service is complex and needs detailed explanation. ✓ Immediate feedback is crucial. 📧 Cold Emailing works best when: ✓ You need to reach a large volume of prospects quickly. ✓ It’s your first touchpoint to gauge interest before following up with a call. ✓ You have solid content (case studies, whitepapers) to share and nurture the lead. The key? 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆! Takeaway: Don’t stick to one strategy. A mix of tailored cold calls and emails ensures you’re sending the right message, to the right person, at the right time. To optimize your outreach for best result, check our latest blog on 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘃𝘀. 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗘𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 where we give you some useful tips on getting your outreach right! 𝗵𝘁𝘁𝗽𝘀://𝘄𝘄𝘄.𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗲𝗵𝗾.𝗰𝗼𝗺/𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁/𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗱-𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴-𝘃𝘀-𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗱-𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴-𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵-𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀-𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 #B2BSales #Coldcalling #Coldemailing #Salesoutreach

GTM isn’t easy, that’s why I’m here I Founder and CEO @Leadle I Crafting lead gen strategies for start-ups

Did you know that  80% of business is generated through outbound sales and marketing initiatives in the B2B space? This, despite the fact that 347.3 billion emails were sent per day, on average, in 2023?!!!! So, it is extremely important to get this crucial piece of your sales engine right. Assuming you have your ICP (Ideal Customer profile) mapped correctly, let’s turn our attention to the messaging. Data shows that two things cause people to respond to a cold message: ✅ They think the message is relevant and useful to them. ✅Curiosity. Now, curiosity doesn’t really work unless the recipient has time, and the average CXO doesn’t have time on a work day. So, our cold messages have to absolutely get the relevance and usefulness right. Here is how we do this at Leadle: 📍For each role we target, we map the value proposition matrix. This matrix consists of 5 components. 📍We map the 3 KPAs of the prospect that we can impact with our solution. 📍Then, we map the top 3 challenges that stop them from achieving said KPAs. 📍This is followed by listing the top 3, most important value propositions of our solution, with which we will positively impact the prospect and solve mapped problems for them. 📍For products, we will then identify the 3 key features that help us accomplish this goal, and for services, we identify the 3 USPs that help us deliver a better outcome than anyone else. 📍Now map the quantifiable outcome, along with the metrics we are able to impact for the prospect. This helps us present Before-After scenarios. Remember, It is worth doing several iterations to get this right. 📍Finally, personalize your message for that prospect. - Identify intent signals that will plug in to the messages. - It should appear specifically crafted for that prospect.  - This used to be extremely hard in the past, but is getting easier by the day with the right use of AI. Once you get through this activity, it is relatively easy to pick email templates and plug in the things you have mapped, to create a compelling outbound message. If you would like to receive the top 10 email templates that are working for us right now, drop your email in the comments, or in my DM. The Leadle team will send them over to you! PS: This post does not talk about another elephant in the room- deliverability. I will discuss it in a separate post though, along with Suraj Seetharaman 🎭 #EmailMarketing #OutboundSales #LeadGeneration
