Our vision: To have Impactful and Influential Women in Leadership roles, who have equal representation as well as an equal voice, across sectors. Our Mission: To provide a road map as well as the tools and know-how to create an enabling ecosystem for women to get equal opportunities for attaining leadership positions Our work: We are dedicated to taking actions that will help grow the pool of women leaders and have adopted a holistic and integrated approach for creating an ecosystem that promotes and supports women to succeed and lead organizations across all sectors of the economy. Our platform offers multifaceted learning and networking opportunities to women, provides support to leaders and guides organizations in their endeavor to build diverse teams. We leverage the best available global leadership talent to offer programs that deliver tangible outcomes. Our flagship offerings: * CruciBold – an innovative, 11-month leadership Development program for company-nominated and self-sponsored women executives. * Annual Conference on Women in Leadership– a platform that brings together leaders from different sectors, youth and experts to discuss and explore a thematic issue pertaining to empowering girls and women to reach leadership positions. * Perception survey of organizations – we survey your employees to assess the women-friendliness of your organization Our Team: Ipsita Kathuria, our Founder, is an HR and Talent Management professional who has served in Senior Leadership positions at IMF in the US and in public and private sector organizations in India. She and other team members have extensive experience in talent and performance management, leadership development, building diversity, and inclusion. We are a non-profit organization, affiliated with TalentNomics Inc. US. Here are few impactful takeaways from Ratna Viswanathan and Dr. Avantika Tomar, each sparking important conversations—and a call to action! 📌 Ratna Viswanathan Key Takeaways: ✅Focus on Outcomes, Not Just Enrolment: While enrollment is crucial, Ratna emphasized enhancing learning outcomes and quality across the education system to drive long-term equity. ✅Challenge Hidden Biases: She stressed the need to uncover “hidden gender inequities” in textbooks and curricula that reinforce stereotypes. ✅Systemic Change: Ratna called for a holistic approach to tackle barriers across homes, workplaces, and society for sustained gender equity. 📌 Dr. Avantika Tomar Key Takeaways: ✅Addressing the Gender Gap: Despite high female enrollment, only 25% of STEM students and around 10% of STEM C-suite leaders are women, revealing a “leaky pipeline” from education to leadership. ✅Creating an Enabling Ecosystem: Dr. Tomar urged for policies, family support, and societal encouragement to break down barriers for women as they transition from education to impactful careers. ✅A Collective Pledge: In a powerful moment, she called on all participants to take a Gender Equity Pledge, reminding us of the role each of us plays in this journey.     ✨ Sharing Glimpses from the TalentNomics India & KAS Japan Roundtable on #EducationforGenderEquity! ✨ With a shared mission of creating an #Equiverse— a world where gender equity is the standard—TalentNomics India, in collaboration with KAS-Japan, hosted a powerful roundtable on "Education for Gender Equity" at New Delhi’s India Habitat Centre on November 7th. This gathering of experts, educators, and policy influencers was a step toward reshaping South Asia's educational landscape to foster gender-equitable mindsets and skills. Our discussions focused on making education more inclusive at every level, from primary to higher education. While progress has been made, much work remains to challenge persistent stereotypes. Panelists shared key strategies for educational institutions, government, and industry to collaborate and drive lasting change.
