🥇 We are proud to announce the 𝗟𝗘𝗘𝗗 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 of the historic Generali headquarters in Piazza Cordusio 2, in the heart of Milan. Both the building recently transformed into the magnificent luxury hotel ‘Palazzo Cordusio’ (a Gran Meliá Hotel, part of Meliá Hotels International), and the retail units hosting important international brands, are now LEED Gold certified. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is the premier global program for green buildings and communities. We take immense pride in one of the most iconic buildings in Milan and in our European real estate portfolio achieving this certification: securing #LEEDGold for a historical building is a particularly remarkable milestone, given the unique challenges involved and the meticulous planning and execution required.   The transformation of the building was a comprehensive project led by Generali Real Estate, with RINA Prime Value Services providing technical advisory support. The successful results that led to the certification include: ⚡ 51% less energy consumption 💧 43% less water usage 🧭 Efficient meters that monitor and record both water and energy consumption, enhancing maintenance efficiency 🌡 High-efficiency machines using sustainable refrigerant fluids with low ODP and GWP values ♻ Materials selected for their recyclability, recycled content, sustainable production, and positive impact on occupants In addition to the LEED Gold certification, the building aligns with the most advanced #EUtaxonomy requirements and is on track to meet #netzero targets by 2050. 🥁 This certification highlights the strong sustainability commitments upheld by Generali and Generali Real Estate throughout our properties. 🚀 2025 opened with a bang in European #logistics at Generali Real Estate! 🚚 Following the recent acquisition of 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗲̀𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻 🇪🇸, and the ongoing development of a new lot at 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗼 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗼 𝗣𝗶𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗮 𝗶𝗻 𝗜𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘆 🇮🇹, Generali Real Estate’s expertise in the European logistics sector has been instrumental in expanding the logistics portfolio managed by Generali with a new asset in 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 🇵🇱: 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗶 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗭𝗮𝗯𝗿𝘇𝗲 𝗜𝗜, acquired by Generali Fond Realit (managed by Generali Investments CEE, investiční společnost, a.s.). 🎯 This high-quality logistics facility, located in the Katowice Special Economic Zone, offers 45,000 sqm of prime logistics space in a strategic #industrial location with excellent connectivity. In line with Generali’s demanding standards for highly sustainable assets, the logistics park has achieved an Excellent rating in the #BREEAM New Construction certification. Panattoni Park Zabrze II has been selected as a distribution hub by specialized tenants such as ZARYS International Group, one of Europe’s largest suppliers of medical equipment.

✨ Unveiling the new 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆𝗢𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗼! The historic building dating back to 1923, part of the #CityLife neighborhood in Milan and of the European #realestate portfolio managed by Generali Real Estate, will soon return to its original purpose: a covered public square and a new landmark for large events. 🏗 This versatile, multi-functional building, with its late-liberty style exterior, is undergoing a respectful restoration project that will incorporate state-of-the-art technology, and make it a prime example of #sustainability. 📌 CityOval Milano will become a landmark for the cultural, social, and economic development of Milan and beyond.
