We're thrilled to announce that the BMT Community Centre in Kuresoi South is now equipped with electricity thanks to the efforts by Gerald Otwabe Areba, Lawendi Shereen, Sano Mashako, Stephen Kagunyi MBA(Strategic MGT) ,BBA(Finance),AKIB, Dr Amadi Lawrence, Stacy Owango, Florence Ondiek and ANNE WANJIRU But that's not all – we have even bigger plans to empower the community and pave the way for a brighter future. We're reaching out to TechLit Africa and Nelly Cheboi (Kosi) 🤗 with an invitation to partner with us in transforming one of the six workshop rooms into a computer lab. Together, we can provide access to digital literacy and technology training, opening up endless opportunities for the people of Kuresoi South to thrive in the digital age. At Beyond My Tribe, we believe in turning challenges into opportunities and making a positive impact where it's needed most. That's why we've chosen Kuresoi South, Nakuru County, as the location for our very first BMT Community Centre and Incubation Hub. This site holds a special significance for us, as it was one of the areas worst hit by the post-election violence in Kenya. The community endured unimaginable hardship, with the site of our future centre being burnt to the ground. Since then, the people of Kuresoi South have lived in constant fear, with little to no major investment to improve their lives. But amidst the challenges, we see immense potential. Our vision at Beyond My Tribe is to build a united and equitable Kenyan society that values and embraces cultural diversity for sustainable development and shared prosperity. In Kuresoi South, we see an opportunity to bring this vision to life. Through our Community Centre and Incubation Hub, we aim to promote social integration and enhance cohesion, creating a more self-aware and accommodating society. With a focus on education and skill development, livelihood generation, and counselling and therapy programs, we're committed to bettering the lives of the affected population in Kuresoi South.
